‘‘FREE Proof of Concept – Storage on AWS” Offering

LCM Go Cloud is delivering the “FREE Proof of Concept – Storage on AWS” Offering, governed by the following specific terms and conditions:

By participating in this Offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Participation to the Offering is open only to Eligible Clients, selected by LCM Go Cloud at its absolute discretion.

For the purposes of this Offering: 

- An ‘Eligible Client’ shall mean a person who:

​* h​as provided valid details (full name, company name, position in the company)

* ​has provided with a valid company email address and a mobile phone number,

​* following (a & b) above, has received an email message from LCM Go Cloud regarding this Offering

- The “Offering Validity Period’ shall mean the period starting on the 1st of January 2024 and ending on the 31st of December 2024, inclusive.

- The “Offering Deliverables” shall mean the AWS services presented in section “Details of the Deliverables of the Offering” below, for the time duration detailed in the same section

- The ‘Message’ shall mean an Email sent to an Eligible Client’s business email address by LCM Go Cloud, for the commencement of the Offering.

Rules of participation to the Offering

If you are a qualified Eligible Client and have applied for the offering, you shall receive a message, which will inform you for the commencement of the Offering.

Details of the deliverables of the Offering

Prerequisites for the Client: 

- A valid internet connection minimum 100 mbps

- An available VM on-premises with the following characteristics: 4 vCPU, 16 GB RAM, 80 GB attached storage (supported hypervisors VMware or Hyper-V)

- Communication with your storage server via SMB, NFS, or iSCSI protocols

AWS environment services: 

- AWS Storage Gateway

- Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)

Duration of use of AWS Services:

- 30 days (at the end of the 30 days period all data on AWS will be deleted and the AWS services will be decommissioned)

Max volume of data to be migrated and stored on AWS for the Proof of Concept

- 5 TB

General Terms

9. LCM Go Cloud is NOT responsible for any claims, consequential cost, expenses or damages of whatever nature, suffered by any eligible client.  

10. LCM Go Cloud accepts NO responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any person as a result of participating in the Offering. 

11. The offering must be taken as awarded. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available. 

12. LCM Go Cloud reserves the right at any time to amend, modify or change these terms and conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Offering, or any aspect thereof, without notice, for any reason which LCM Go Cloud reasonably deems necessary.

13. LCM Go Cloud is entitled to exclude, suspend or even cancel the participation of any Eligible Client from the Offering, in case there are reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the Offering.

16. The Offering is subject to the laws of Greece, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
